In finance, Revenue is the income that a company receives from its normal business activities.

Revenue can be generated from the sale of goods and services to customers.

In some countries the world Revenue is used instead of turnover. 

Companies or individuals can receive Revenue in different forms like: interest, dividends or royalties. 

Net income resulted from total Revenue minus total expenses. 

Tax Revenue is income that a government receives from taxpayers.

Revenue is an important part of financial statement analysis.
