Consumer goods

Consumer
goods
are items purchased by average customers, and will be consumed or used right away. Consumer goods some times called final goods, making more sense in understanding the concept.

Example:

The clothing made from the fabric would be consumer goods.
The bread made from flour is consumer goods.
In the above example the fabric and the flour are intermediate goods that will be used to make something else.
Consumer goods are use to calculate CPI (consumer price index).
